the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer,
Joseph H. Pilates, this
system of body conditioning promotes physical and mental well-being.
In 1997, we became the first joint Chiropractic/Massage/Pilates center
in the Midwest. We are also one of the few studios to offer a staff of
only Pilates Guild certified instructors. Ultimately, the goal of our
practice is to promote an active and healthy lifestyle for each of our
